Use silica, blue carbon or coke carbon, iron oxide three kinds of raw materials. After screening, crushing and cleaning the raw materials, the raw materials are mixed with the ferrosilicon alloy to be produced in proportion to smelting. Continuous feeding, finally out of the oven pouring.
